Our Mining & Construction tools are manufactured from high grade alloy steel supplied by reputed steel makers.Different cast/heats are checked for chemistry, internal soundness, inclusions, stringers, piping, center porosity, flow lines, decarburisation etc.

After acceptance for above parameter, the steel bars are stacked heat-wise and cut on fully automatic Band Saw machines to avoid shearing micro-cracks.

Cut pieces are heated in temperature controlled Heating Furnaces for hot forging on Friction Screw Presses. Constant monitoring of dies & hot forged components ensures close dimensional accuracy, which in turn leads to reduced material wastage in further machining. Forged components are normalized in a fully automatic Normalising Furnace and shot blasted prior to machining.

The shot-blasted components are proof machined on Copy-turning Lathes and fully machined on CNC Turning Centers. All finished components are checked for sub-surface cracks by Magnetic Crack Detection machines. Rust preventive coatings and sea-worthy packing are provided as per customers' requirements.
