» DRIVE SPIKES/TIMBER SCREWS

Drive Spikes/Timber Screws, used for fixing of tie plates on wooden ties, have created a market for themselves due to their ease in mechanized installation and excellent grip properties.

We offer Drive Spikes with square head/rectangular head to suit any socket design currently in use. We specialize in Drive Spikes with 'twin lead'/'single lead' threads. These Spikes are made in diameters varying from 3/4 " to 15/16" and lengths varying from 4" to 9" for use on high-speed heavy load lines. We offer various surface finishes like linseed oil dip, rust preventive oil coated or bitumen coated. We specialize in offering a special wax based rust preventive coating, which assists in fixing of these screws in very hard wood ties.

» INSERT/IRON SHOULDER

Inserts/Iron Shoulders are cast in the concrete ties for fixation of Elastic Rail Clips. Our Iron Shoulders are manufactured from pearlitic malleable iron (M.C.I. Inserts) and spheroidal graphite iron (S.G.C.I. Inserts). We offer two types of Iron Shoulders : Single Stem Iron Shoulders mostly used in pre-stressed concrete ties, and Twin Stem Iron Shoulders commonly used in Bi-Block or Twin Block concrete ties.

» BOLTS, NUTS & WASHERS

We manufacture various types of special application Nuts and Bolts for railway tracks namely Fish Bolts & Nuts, Oval Neck Track Bolts & Nuts, Diamond Head Bolts & Nuts, Clip Bolts & Nuts, by the process of hot forging and thread rolling. We can supply Bolts having various types of heads like round, square, hexagonal, 'T' shape, etc. The neck of the Bolts can be cylindrical, oval or square. We offer Bolts and Nuts with UNC, ISO, BSW threads or to customer's specifications.

  


We can manufacture Nuts in square or hexagonal shape by the process of hot forging and thread tapping. These Nuts are manufactured from Low Carbon and Medium Carbon Steel.They are heat treated in atmosphere controlled fully automatic furnaces and can be supplied with surface finish of bitumen, linseed oil, rust preventive, or galvanized.


We manufacture Plain, Square, Spring washers & Double Coil Spring Washers from low carbon, medium carbon steel and special alloy steel to ASTM, A.R.E.A., UIC, & DIN specifications. These washers can be supplied with different surface finishes like plain, bitumen coated, electro-galvanized, hot dip galvanized.
